A detailed MLS listing is important to capture buyers’ interest. We include a detailed description of the home, building, location, and any upgrades you may have done.

If we do not know your neighborhood, we will not list your home, but are able to point you to an expert who can!
We do not believe in using a lockbox on listings. You invest in someone to sell your home and they should do just that. As your agent it is our job to get as much for your home as possible and the buyer’s agent using a lockbox won’t do that for you, as they are representing their client. All showings are done by us personally. We go into your home 15 minutes before the potential buyer arrives and make sure it is ready to be shown because you only get one chance at a first impression. It is also extremely important to educate every potential buyer on the neighborhood, building and home itself.
Professional photos are always a must. They are one of the best investments a seller or their agent can make. We pay for all professional photos taken for our listings.
With technology always changing, it is important to keep up with the trends. Each listing will have a marketing plan that includes a blog, marketing emails to both potential buyers and agents in the area, social media posts shared throughout the company, mail marketing, and more. Did we mention drone videos? We use current technology such as drones to showcase your property.
Broker open house is important because it gives other professionals a chance to see if it fits their clients’ needs so we can get qualified buyers into your home. We have great relationships with other industry professionals. Good relationships are important because people who respect you want to work with you. I call the top agents selling in the neighborhood/building personally to see if they have clients for our listings.
We are so confident you will be satisfied with our services, we offer an easy exit agreement. I will provide you with a marketing plan and together we can customize it. At any time, if I fail to live up to my promise, you can fire me with a 14 day notice.
One of the biggest complaints I get from clients is that their previous agent/broker didn’t communicate enough. Every week I provide my clients with “Weekly Seller Report”. This report includes what I did that week for your property, how many showings we had, how many views on Zillow/Trulia/YouTube, and most importantly, feedback from prospective buyers and agents.
