Buy Of The Week – Large Outdoor Living Space in Aria

Aria is located in Downtown San Diego’s Cortez Hill neighborhood. The community was built in 2008 by Anka Property Group, which is an Australia based developer. I really like the clean modern design throughout the entire building. Aria has great amenities, which include a lap pool, spa, large community room with billiards, and a fully equipped fitness facility. The community is, by far, my personal favorite in Cortez Hill.
