Buy Of The Week – New Condos at The Park in Bankers Hill!

The Park is a new construction condo project in Bankers Hill that is scheduled for completion in the next few months. The building’s craftsmanship is second to none, with top of the line finishes in both the residences, as well as the common areas. I was extremely impressed with the finishes, outdoor space and the views in every direction.  Many of the residences also have direct access from the elevator into their private lobbies.

One of my favorite features of The Park, Bankers Hill is the amount of outdoor living space you get with most homes. Majority of the residences feature large outdoor areas that come complete with a beautiful marble enclosed fireplace and outdoor gas BBQs. They act as a secondary living space that allow residents to enjoy San Diego’s amazing weather, as well as the beautiful views!
