Buy Of The Week – Stunning 3 Bedroom in Parkloft Near Petco Park
Parkloft is my favorite loft building in Downtown San Diego and is up there on my list of favorite buildings in East Village. Parkloft was completed in 2003, which made the developer, Doug Wilson, a pioneer. He had a vision of what East Village could be with the development of Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. The building is a true loft building with high ceilings, exposed duct work, and large open spaces. The community has a concierge, fitness facility, large central courtyard, BBQ area, and a newly remodeled community room.

Why is this a great option?
The residence has been remodeled from top to bottom and features 3 rooms, one of which is a very large master suite. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled and add to the contemporary loft vibes. It is very hard to find this much space for the price, especially since this home has been completely renovated. Parkloft #607 faces south and looks out towards Petco Park. While you can’t seem home plate, looking out towards the stadium still allows you to participate in the energy and life of the neighborhood.
The closest comparable residence to sell was back in December of 2017. It was just 3 floors higher and sold for $1,985,500, or $852 per square foot! Residence #607 is only asking $650 per square foot. If you are looking for space, function, and a modern design, this is an unbeatable deal!
