Civita Market Update

Civita has been growing over the past year and there are so many exciting new developments. In 2018 across the board, Civita home prices rose 3.9% from 2017. Located on the highest point in Civita, Promontory being developed by The New Home Company started selling their new townhomes in 2018. In addition, Lucent II almost sold out all of its new condos being developed by Shea Homes. I am very excited to see what unfolds in Civita this year as new projects continue to be unveiled. A couple notable new home sites which will open this year will include Avella being developed by Toll Brothers and Elevate by ColRich. I have provided a market update for each neighborhood in Civita below.
