Bosa Development announced the project formerly known as Pacific & Broadway or Parcel 9 is to be called “Pacific Gate”.
Earlier this year Bosa Development held a contest to name, what is expected to be, a Downtown San Diego Landmark. They offered a $5,000 price and the chance to leave your mark on Downtown San Diego’s history.
The 41-story luxury high rise condominium complex will have 232 residential units ranging from 956-2,083 square feet. It is expected to hit an average of $1,060 per square foot with an entry level price just north of $1,000,000. Together with Parcel 1, it is expected to frame Broadway and become an iconic addition to Downtown San Diego’s skyline.
